Hi, ! Community member is right; you should definitely talk to your doctor about adding anything to your treatments, just to be safe. Vitamin A can be helpful for eye health and it can be found in various foods like liver, tuna, cheeses, etc. Definitely check which specific ones. Also, unless you have a condition that makes it so your body cannot convert provitamin A from the carotenoids, certain fruits and vegetables can help you get more vitamin A into your diet. Some of those foods include kale, various greens, carrots, bell peppers, cooked sweet potato and butternut squash, etc.
But, again, I do suggest checking in with your doctor if you want to try a vitamin A supplement, just to be safe.
