Reynauds and Menopause Hot Flashes

I have finally reached menopause at 53 years old (been having most symptoms of menopause since 38). I’ve been on nifedipine and Sildenafil, for many years and am still considered, “uncontrolled reynauds”. So, I just want to hear some feedback, if anyone has had this issue.

Looking for advice

I have episodes daily; it’s necessary to change clothes, at the least, twice a day to keep myself warm. I still go through night sweats and hot flashes. This, however, is my question…does anyone have problems (in my similar circumstances), when they go to lie down, that the hot flashes get extreme. I have hot flashes in the day, and shed clothes. It seems when I am laying down, it gets more extreme.
