Lupus

I have been diagnosed with RA/Raynauds, and Lupus just recently. I'm not sure how I can deal with more. I can barely keep up. My husband has spinal cord injury n paralysis in one leg. I use to be able to keep up but it takes all I have to keep going n now this Lupus diagnosis. Any advice?
