Recovery After holidays

What are your recovery techniques after the holiday? What do you do to get back to a normal routine?

  1. Eating less sweets, less eating out, more walking.

    1. , those are all great ways to combat the overindulgence that can come with the holidays. I, too, like walking more. It's a good way to get a breather and reset my mood as needed.
