Physically and mentally depleted
Struggling still at 62 and my family and somewhat friends truly do not understand, cause they recall the i can do it attitude, so VERY TIRED OF EXPLAINING!!!

I'm saddened to hear what you are going through. My goodness, living with Lupus is twice as hard when you don't have the help and support of those around you. You shouldn't have to spend your precious time and energy explaining to others.
I only wish that those (not affected by Lupus) could truly understand.
