Dry eyes and mouth
I found out that I had lupus in my late 20’s. I am now 59. It’s systematic and I also have shortens. Thought I would share what I use for dry eyes and mouth
For dry eyes I use refresh optics mega -3 eye drops it has flaxseed oil in it works great! And for dry mouth I was prescribed cevimeline capsules 30mg 3 times a day. It jumpstarts your seliva gland and they too also work great!
