Twitches/Muscle Spasms, Losing Grip, and Spatial Awareness?

1. Has anyone else ever experienced muscular twitches - they're not limited to one place, are sporadic, and I've noticed that they tend to occur more frequently when I'm tired, stressed, or really tense? In these situations, they can occur multiple times within the course of a few minutes.
2. OR have you ever been holding something and it just slipped out of your grip?
3. OR have you ever struggled with spatial awareness? At times I've been in the midst of turning, have seen a door or cabinet, and have still whacked my hand into it. Like I misjudged the distance or my brain-body connection was foggy and caused me to be clumsy? It's kind of like a spotty or lagging internet connection. Idk how to explain it?
