DO NOT ever fell guilty about falling asleep from midday t mid-afternoon, i just say to people its part of my illness, if they cant take time to understand

  1. I think that's a great attitude to have, ! You shouldn't feel guilty for needing to listen to your body. I mean, we all need to do it. People with chronic illnesses just need to listen to their bodies even more (and often get less notice from their bodies that a break is sorely needed).

    Good advice...so many of us have a hard time getting past that feeling of guilt.
    Thanks for affirming that it's okay to rest/slowdown when needed.
