Does anyone get pain in right side of chest and neck?? Ive been totally checked for heart stuff so don't know what this is bit it happens all the time especially in the evenings.

  1. Hi, !

I know two of our former contributors have shared that they sometimes experience flare symptoms on their right sides, so I know you are not the only one that experiences this phenomenon. I honestly can't explain why this happens to some people, but I know it does. Also, this isn't exactly an answer to your question, but I wanted to share one of our contributors own experience with neck pain -- https://lupus.net/living/years-of-chronic-pain. And chest pain can be a sign of costochondritis, so you can see if your symptoms sounds like costochondritis -- https://lupus.net/living/costochondritis-diagnosis. It's not unusual for people with autoimmune conditions to experience bouts of costochondritis.

I hope this information is helpful for you and that you get some relief from the bouts of pain.
