Hi, !
Dietary changes/choices are a fairly common topic of conversation within this community. But, I will say, that like any treatment, what works for one person may not work as well for another. There are foods that can cause inflammatory responses in individuals, but which foods cause inflammation can vary widely.
I do hope you get some feedback from other community members, but in the meantime, wanted to share some different articles on the topic of diet and Lupus.
Here's a basic article on what to consider when making changes to your eating habits -- https://lupus.net/living/diet-considerations. Also, here are some tips for doing an anti-inflammatory diet on a budget -- https://lupus.net/living/anti-inflammatory-diet. And here's one more article from one of our contributors about her experience with healthy eating -- https://lupus.net/living/nutrition-balance. There are definitely more articles on this topic, so let me know if you would like more links! Or, if you had questions about specific diets, feel free to ask here and we'll do our best to answer them.
I hope this helps!
Best, Erin, Team Member.
