Pain Is A Ten
I have been dealing, again, with a flare for 2 weeks. Waiting on my Rheumatologist to call me back. My pain is 10 on most days. I know this because I am holding my breath and not wanting to deal with people. I hope everyone is kicking their autoimmune disease butt. Have a great day.

! And, I hope by the time you are reading this that you have heard back from their office.
I am so sorry you are stuck in a pretty severe flare. I do hope your doctor is able to offer you some pain relief to give you a break and allow you to catch your breath and I truly hope the flare begins easing and quickly!
