    2. thank you, that means the world to me. Now, should I take it day by day like I have been. Or, do you or anyone else have suggestions

    3. Hey there . What are some of the primary symptoms that you're facing with lupus? Perhaps with a little more information, we'll be able to direct you to some helpful articles. Since lupus is so unique to each individual, there are a lot of potential avenues that may be worth exploring.

For example, do you experience brain fog? I know that is something many people in the community struggle with. This article is a great place to learn tips and tricks when coping with brain fog: https://lupus.net/video/lupus-fog-tips.

Let me know if that article was helpful, or if you have other symptoms you're struggling with. We're happy to help in any way that we can. - Cody (Team Member)

  2. "Hi y’all! I’m feeling lost. I have yet to hear a doctor say what it is instead of writing it down. Call it what it is! I have lupus erythomosis. I have also recently been diagnosed with raynaulds syndrome. And RA. I take plaquinil and Rinvoq. It does help me. But, I need to feel better. Seems like I can’t beat it."

    1. , I can hear the pain in your post and my heart goes out to you. Managing lupus is a heavy burden to carry on its own, let alone when you add additional diagnoses to the mix. One of our patient leaders wrote about her experience managing multiple conditions at once: https://lupus.net/living/overlapping-health-issues. Figuring out treatment options can be complicated. Do you currently use any alternative therapies alongside your prescribed medications? Some folks will soak in epsom salt baths to help with muscle pain. Sending gentle hugs to you!
