Trying to find answers

Hi!
I recently had a lot of blood work done after going to my doctor with extreme fatigue, arthritis pain , hair loss, neuropathy in feet, itchy skin and my ANA titer came back positive at 1:160 homogenous pattern. My doctor told me it was nothing and not to worry. No other follow up bloodwork or anything. Should I seek another opinion!? I know that my body is screaming at me that something is wrong.

First let me say that diagnosing lupus can be quite challenging as there is no single test that can make a a definitive diagnosis. Doctors must look at a combination of tests along with symptoms to put the pieces together.

That being said, no one knows your body better than you. If you think something is not right, be persistent, speak up or seek out a second opinion if possible.
