Have dry patch of skin on face
I have had a round patch of really dry skin on face for months that is slightly raised is this lupus related

Yes I have the same thing on my cheek. I don’t have a dermatologist so I really don’t know what to do about it other than moisturizer.
, I also don't have a dermatologist and just kind of wing it. A very good moisturizer can help, but I know some dry patches need different treatment. I do hope your dry patch responds well to regular moisturizing.
