Cold all the time

I am sorry you deal with feeling cold all the time. Have you always had this issue? I only ask because I have a good friend who is always "the cold one" in our friend group; wearing ankle length puffy coats when the rest of us are in jackets. My grandmother was also always cold, which was a bummer since she live in North Dakota for her entire life.

I ask because some folks seem to just run a little hot or cold and there doesn't seem to always be an underlying reason.

But, if this is an issue that coincided with your Lupus diagnosis, then it may be tied to Lupus or another underlying condition (not anemia, though, since you mentioned you have been checked for that at some point). I didn't come across many mentions of community members feeling cold all of the time, though one did mention being cold and in pain fairly regularly.

Have you mentioned this issue to your doctor?

I was hoping someone in the community would respond and perhaps share a similar experience. I'm glad jumped in, as I too cannot find a connection between lupus and feeling cold all the time.
It's important to note that feeling cold all the time isn't a disease itself, but it can often be a sign of an underlying health issue.
As Erin mentioned, if you haven't yet, you may want to bring this to your healthcare provider's attention.
