Anybody out there who's trying this?
Erin RushCommunity Admin
Hi, !I wasn't able to dig up any information about Car-T therapy in this community, but maybe one of our members has tried it or is considering it and will chime in here. That said, it looks like it's a pretty new option for people with Lupus. I found some information on it on another Lupus site -- https://www.lupus.org/news/cart-cell-therapy-shows-promising-results-for-people-with-lupus-and-other-autoimmune-diseases. Some of the early results have been promising!I think my biggest concern would be finding out if insurance will cover this treatment option.Anyway, I do hope your question sparks a good conversation here about this as a possible option for people living with Lupus!Best, Erin, Team Member.
