   <p>I know unsettling test results can be, well, unsettling, <inline-mention username="CommunityMember30ce97" user-id="8655112"/>! And having to wait six months to talk to the doctor about it? Whew! That's a lot to deal with! I am glad things are off to a decent start with the new rheumatologist and that they seem better (I think) than the old rheumatologist!<br/><br/>But, that wait? That's a long time. And I know it's not that unusual to have a months long wait for an appointment. Do you know which specific test came back with those unusually high results? <br/><br/>Depending on the test, it could just be showing that your Lupus is especially active and not under control or it could mean something else entirely. Either way, not having answers can be frustrating. <br/><br/>This may be kind of stupid advice, but if the doctor doesn't seem overly concerned and if you are feeling relatively decent, then I don't think you need to stress out about it. You have enough on your plate already, so if you can not feeling too stressed about this, then maybe that's the way to go.<br/><br/>But, all that said, if you need some follow up for your own peace of mind, you can always see if you can schedule a call with your doctor well before your appointment.<br/><br/>Best, Erin, Team Member.<br/></p>
