Like crime shows or not but it’s a good one to watch when you can’t sleep I don’t suggest comedy’s they’ll just keep you up all night good luck to you

There is a channel called the healthy living network so I watch the ones that have oceans with the waves my favourite and I love cooking so cooking chanels

I read a really boring, technical book or pray or listen to relaxing slow music like Satie. You can also try doing a mini workout and then the post-workout exhaustion will hit you. For some people, melatonin helps. Drinking a cup of hot chamomile tea is soothing

I have always had insomnia even before my diagnosis but as time goes bye it's gotten worse..
I have researched some meds and when I was on prednisone ( steroid) can make you jittery with spirts of energy.. so I quit taking it at night..
Also. And they say cell phones and TVs are a simulator for your brain so it's harder to fall asleep a boring book trying to do a minimal exercise during the day so your muscles are a little more tired maybe walk or whatever it is that might help you some stretches some of the few things that seem to help me some of the time but not all the time if I could be falling asleep sitting in a chair lay down the bed and I'm wide awake
