How long does it take for an ANA result?
Hi! My journey has just begun. I am waiting for a second ANA test result, it's been over 2 weeks now. My C reactive protein came back high, and some other tests. I also have spondylitis in my cervical spine, osteopenia, and osteoarthritis. 2 years ago, I had an MI, and had to have bypass surgery to 3 vessels. Type 1 Diabetes has been of no help! Lol. I am venting. Anyways, I just need to know how long it usually takes to be diagnosed? Thank you for listening!

Not having answers can be stressful and frustrating.
As we wait for others to chime in with their personal experiences, I will say normally, ANA results should be back within a few business days. If you haven't received results in over 2 weeks you may want to reach out to your healthcare provider.
As you are probably aware, lupus is rather tricky to diagnose.
