Have you ever been to Azia, South-America or Africa before you got lupus?

Dear all,

Before you got lupus, have you ever in your life been to Azia, Africa or South-America? For holiday or did you live there?

And/ or has a close relative or friend been there and have you seen that person short after?

And/ or did your parents go there before you got born?

Have you ever had malaria?

We are investigating the connection between ever being exposed to malaria (could be without you knowing, could be when you where taking malaria drugs, you might not even been ill at all). Or being related to someone who has been.
