Yes I do but I have osteoarthritis as well.I did have jell injection in my knee but not much they can do. I do self massaging before I get up, helps circulate blood.

yea my flares start that way with swollen hands and feet. I usually contact the doctor and go in so they can make sure it isn’t fluid build up. Sometimes the docs have me elevate with heat and take some meds. Other times I’ve had to get steroid shots. I hope you can make it to the doctor and see if they can give you some ideas for relief. ~Racquel~ lupus team member

Thank you so much for letting me know I still don't know what is my Lupus flare up or my RA flare up and I also have cirrhosis of the liver stage 4 so having so much wrong with me I never know
