Some of my lupus triggers have been certain foods and of course stress. It's important for me to keep a running list so I know how my body reacts. ~Racquel~ lupus.net team member

I met with a nutritionist, and I did a food elimination diet with her help. I journaled with her help to learn foods that made me hurt and feel off. It was helpful for me .

Everyone is different... that's the thing about AI diseases. Hang in there, don't doubt yourself as to what your trigger could be. It could be something as silly as cucumbers-and they can change. So sorry for what you are going through, from someone who's been there.
