Hi everyone,
Does anyone suffer from constant hand pain? My hands constantly hurt! My knuckles are getting big and I have a hard time holding onto things. I've had xrays done and there was no sign of joint damage so I'm not sure if it's from Lupus or Fibromyalgia.

Compression gloves help especially wearing them at night. I prefer ones with longer fingers and wrist so that only the tips of your fingers show. I also use gentle massage, hot water, and exercising by touching each finger to the tip of my thumbs, then extending all fingers as far as I can. I usually do this before rising each day. TLC is requisite!

Hi Caligirl ,
I know it’s been a while since this post and I randomly just came across your question .. but I was wondering if you ever got any answers or help with your hand pain ??? I am going through the same thing . The way you described your hand pain is identical to what I’m experiencing. My X-rays were also clear. I hope you got some relief !
