I am sending you gentle hugs. The pain can be relentless and it can be hard to figure out everything we need to do to minimize it. Between the flares and fatigue it can really take a toll on us mentally and physically. I have found finding a support group can help. It helps for you to understand that you aren't alone and gives you hope. For pain and fatigue, this may sound counterproductive, but I move more. It helps me to create endorphins and helps me feel better. I know it's hard to do that when you are in pain and just out of it but it works for me. I also rest and sleep because sometimes that's all I can do. I only do what I can and don't worry about others perceptions of me. most time lupus is so hard to understand by those who don't have it. We are here to support you. ~Racquel~ lupus.net team member
