I am a hot mess with allergies, year-round. My doctor prescribed a nasal spray (Ipratropiumto bromide) to help stop the constant running nose. It has helped tremendously.

only in the winter time! However, i have recently discovered running a humidifier throughout the night seems to help keep them under control!
