Misdiagnosis
I have had Benlysta, Hydroclorquine, Methotrexate, and Predisone for over 7 years. I was diagnosed with SLE. Last month the doctor who replaced my Rhuemtoidlogist told me I DO NOT have Lupus and all tests have been negative. I have grown incredibly sick over this time. I cannot find anyone or anything on people being treated for Lupus who did not have an autoimmune disease. Is anyone out there? Help?
I'm so sorry this is happening. As I talk with other lupus warriors, It seems to be a trend these days that people are being told because their numbers are good they no longer have lupus. It is such a dangerous practice that is hurting so many. Is there anyway you can find another Rheumatologist or talk to the current one to find out why now all of a sudden you don't have lupus?
