Hip Pain

Does anyone have trouble with hips aching?

  1. Yes, absolutely I do. 24/7. Not to mention it feels like my whole body is on fire 🔥 24/7.

    1. sorry i haven't been keeping a update for so long. I have had cancer surgery and I am fixing to have to have radiation treatments started in about a week. It's been one thing after another.

Actually I have not found to much home remedies that helps but soaking in a good hot tub of water with lavender oil 💜 helps a lot.

    2. I’m so sorry you are going through everything that you are. This disease really sucks. Many prayers for you

  2. Me also, especially after meals. Light meals or medium meals

    1. my appetite isn't what it used to be. So I really don't eat big meals. Small portions work best for me. I treat myself on weekends. Slice of pie or cheesecake. I do that to keep my weight up. So that's me over eating.

    2. , You know your body best! Glad you have found something that works for you and are able to treat yourself, you deserve it!

  3. Yes! If I sit for too long, whether in the house, car or work, my hips ache! When I first get up it feels like the joints are playing tug of war with one another. It literally feels like the joints are tearing. It does get better once I walk or loosen up.

    1. Loopy, I used to be able to drive 10hrs. Now I'm luck to drive 2-3 hrs without cramping up and pain. Good luck

    2. so painful for sure. do you use any ointments to help ease the pain some? ~Racquel~ lupus.net team member
