Go to exercise

If you can exercise what is your go to exercise? What movement gives you endorphins big enough that you feel a little better?

  1. Walking outside when weather permits. No gym, no treadmill...just plain walking.

  2. Thanks for your reply. I hasn't been great, I am in New Jersey, and I also have gotten out of the habit. I do what I can with what I have! I have some work to do to get back into "shape."

  3. Doreen, thanks fo the support and wishes! I used to walk at least an hour a day, usually more. Now if I do half and hour it's an accomplishment. I miss my old life but trying to accept the fact at least I can walk...when I was first hit with this I couldn't walk at all. Stupid lupus!!!

      I hope it provides a bit of comfort to know you are not alone.
      Oh, and I would be patting myself on the back if I got 30 minutes of walking in...celebrate the "little victories". Always know this community is here to support you.
