Do anyone have information on creatinine urine/ micro albumin

Both my levels are high just wondering if anyone has this before, and what did your healthcare team do?

  1. I’m sorry your levels are high. I think many of us with lupus may experience this. My doctor has said if mine gets too high it’s a sign of lupus affecting my kidneys. I have been placed in medication that is said to protect my kidneys from further damage.

I would definitely speak with your doctor about what your levels mean and how he would proceed in getting the levels down if possible. Here is a link that may help to explain it some

    1. I am taking 25 mg losartan, 2.5 mg prednisone, 200 mg hydroxychloroquine, and levels went up. I just added the compression stocking. I really want to increase my prednisone.

      1. ,
This test is used to measure the amount of albumin present in your urine. Depending on the levels present in your blood (and possibly urine) may be a sign of kidney disease. As Racquel mentioned, reaching out to your healthcare provider would be best to discuss your results/concerns.
