Could this be a malar rash?
I've had a rash on my face that comes and goes for a few years now. I also have a lot of joint pain and swelling in my wrist and fingers....weird? Headaches, and fatigue have gotten worse over the last 6 months. I've never seen my doctor about it, just called it arthritis and getting older and just kept going. I finally set up an appointment. Hoping I can get some answers. I just want to feel better.
