good question... It is Monday I hope you have seen your doctor and he explained your labs to you. I couldn't really break it down better than your doctor. Here is an article that shows what tests can be used to diagnose though. Hope it helps

~Racquel~ lupus.net team memberSo I went today. So far it all reads negative. I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and starting on cymbslta. She did refer to me a rheumatologist which she said can take 3-6 months to see 🫤
I don’t feel it’s simply fibromyalgia but time will tell. My deep feeling is that there’s more to it. I was so apathetic in my appointment bc it feels like this will never end

I'm happy to hear all of your labs came back negative, Sabacatheals. However, I can understand that it's frustrating to not find the answers you were looking for. I hope that the appointment with the rheumatologist in a few months will help you find some clarity on the situation. Fibromyalgia and lupus share similar symptoms, and some people are diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and lupus. Only a trained medical professional will be able to help you differentiate your symptoms and help you determine what's going on.
