the rash comes and looks so different for me every time. My rash presents similar to what you have shown in your photo. The top usually comes after the cheeks and chin heal. I can understand being in disbelief because it is such a hard pill to swallow when lupus is our diagnosis. Sending you gentle hugs and hoping that the rash clears up some. Were you in the sun at all?
