I haven't had a shower or a bath for around 3 years because any water even rain makes me feel like a million Ants are biting me
My doctor said it is all in my head but I can tell you that this is definitely not the case.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Have your doctors ever mentioned allodynia to you? Please know I am in no way trying to diagnose you, but the symptoms you are experiencing could be something like allodynia. I doubt the sensations you are experiencing are "all in your head", so I think your concerns should be taken seriously and properly addressed.
I hope any community members that may have experience with weird sensations like yours will see your post and chime in.

Keith Garner(Keith), you're not crazy. Lupus is such a weird condition and I know doctors are learning more about it all the time. Also, once you have been diagnosed with one autoimmune condition, it increases your likelihood of being diagnosed with another, so the sensations you are experincing could be caused by a few different things. It may take some time to get to the root cause of the pain/itching and I can't promise you'll get relief from the sensations, but you still deserve to have answers! And I hope you are able to get them.
