Diet

I have Lupus/Fibromyalgia.i know I should eat a well-balanced diet, but I have no appetite, and most days I'm too exhausted or in too much pain to think about food. I take several vitamins a day. Is this enough?
I know I need real food but it's really hard.
Any suggestions?

  1. I find that if I batch cook on a day I feel good, I can store them in containers, label them and freeze them. That way the only thing I need to contend with is a microwave. And you don't waste food cos you cook it all at once. Hope this helps.
