I sip Coca Cola, it helps some. I took Cola syrup when I was pregnant for nausea and vomiting. Find it at pharmacies. I keep peppermint candies and Ginger chews candies handy. They help a lot.

, I'm glad you found a few things that have helped make a difference for you. My Grandmother would always recommend Cola syrup for tummy troubles. Thanks so much for chiming in. ~Doreen (Team Member)

I stay tired as well. I try to get as much rest as I can but it just doesn't seem to be enough.

I struggle daily with fatigue. I just dunno how to handle it. Some days it's worse and I feel guilty for sleeping a lot. But, like that's one of the things that helps.

I can definitely relate. I have released the guilt. I tell everyone around me lupus can take me down for a few days I hope you understand. and I leave it at that. Nothing helps but to go through it all. ~Racquel~ https://lupus.net team member
