ANA 1:160 possible diagnosis
Still not completely diagnosed with lupus but doctor started me on hydroxyxhloroquine. I’ve had positive ana for about 5 years and hip pain that long as well. Hips hurt worse at night. I just switch hips all night long when they start to hurt. I have wrist pain and swelling in my right wrist. It’s been swollen for few months. A question I have is does lupus or the medicine cause itching occasionally? Thank you all!!!

! I am glad you are getting treatment for your symptoms. That said, it can take awhile for the meds to really 'kick in' and I don't know how long you've been on hydroxychloroquine.
Also, itching can occur when taking hydroxychloroquine, but if it is accompanied with more allergic style side effects (hives, trouble breathing, etc)
