Is This Lupus?

Hey everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with lupus due to symptoms. But all blood work results, etc. have come back negative. Does anyone else have this?

Yet, on an almost daily basis, I feel like absolute crap. I honestly find it so hard to believe I feel, so unwell all the time. Also, I think I’m finding it hard to believe I have it. Especially when all the tests are negative! Tiredness is one of my worst symptoms, omg it’s like hell. And it makes me so cranky.

I feel like I don’t have a normal life anymore
