Hi, ! I was not able to find any conversations on the topic of Heliocare. Are you thinking of purchasing the sunscreen or the supplements? The supplements appear to have good reviews on Amazon, but, you know, take the information with a grain of salt. The online reviews for the sunscreen seem to be pretty good, overall.

I guess it comes down to what you prefer in a sunscreen (if you're thinking of purchasing the sunscreen). I need a product that doesn't clog my pores, doesn't feel heavy, and that dries quickly, so that's what I look for in a sunscreen product.

If you're looking at the supplements, we always suggest consulting with your physician before adding any new supplements or medications to your daily routine. Some vitamins/minerals may be helpful for your overall health, but none have been shown to help specifically with Lupus symptoms. I have heard of it but have never taken it. I get a little antsy with supplements. One because they are t as regulated as they could be and two because of the interaction they can have with lupus medications I’m on. It’s something I would think that your doctor can really say if it could be beneficial for you. ~Racquel~ Team Member
