Depression and anxiety and dealing with family
I’m struggling soo bad some people in my family are saying hurtful things and I just can’t help myself from crying being upset is not helping me I just have to get it out. Have a great day everyone and a healthy one hopefully without any pain 💜

! It's just frustrating and demoralizing to have family members saying hurtful, unsupportive things to you.
