Not Knowing My True Diagnosis

I was diagnosed in February.. it was finally the right diagnosis. After years of pain, headaches, low platelets, joint stiffness, wrist pain and wearing wrist braces for support. I was shocked to find out that I didn't have Fibromyalgia. I have lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It was painful at first. Then lupus started attacking my body. In terms of treatment, I started will steroids. But they made my sugar go up, and I gained weight. So, then I tried other meds for joint pain and swelling. Those didn't work. I started shots they didn't work..so now I am getting IV infusions. Please, I am looking for support from others in the community who can relate. I'm scared and in pain..
