Cooking Helps Me Relax
Believe or not but my way of getting my mind preoccupied when in a flare, is cooking. I cook and add music to the mix and it is so therapeutic to me. There’s times that I cry so much at work because I feel like I can’t do my work, I pray to God to help me. But when I get home I take a warm shower relax for a while and then I go to my kitchen and cook. I feel so good after in pain but good because I’m not letting this disease take over. I’m winning!
