A B-3 vitamin variant

I joined this forum because of the benefits of taking a variant in the B-3 vitamin group that my friend had a good experience with. The vitamin is "nicotinamide riboside (NR), a water soluable B-3, and my friend said they had no side effects. It has been given GRAS status by the NIH FDA. It is the best precursor of NAD, a co-enzyme in all cells. Raising NAD levels is beneficial to metabolism and for people with lupus. I suggest the following internet searches: 1. "NAD and lupus". 2. Nicotinamide Riboside and lupus. 3. RaisingNAD.com 4. AboutNAD.com
