Life’s Unpredictable Days

photo of yellow flowerI was diagnosed in 2000 with SLE lupus. I had butterfly patches on my face but eventually they disappeared. I’m always exhausted tired and drained out. 😩

I’m a caregiver taking care my 93-year-old client who has more energy than me sometimes. But, I love my job. I find that it gets better if I stick to a healthy diet. I love my spinach salads with chicken, and shakes with flaxseed. But when it rains it pours. It’s like my body aches all over. 😩 Well, life must go on, and I’m thankful to be alive and to be with my family to enjoy another day.🫶
