Still Waiting for My Diagnosis

I've been ill for years with joint pain, inflammation and loads of other things...

Searching for answers

The doctor keeps saying it's just my fibromyalgia. I'm having so many flares at the moment. With my most recent one, I couldn't walk. Both of my feet were so badly swollen and inflamed as were my hands, elbows, knees, etc.. I went to see my general practitioner who did blood tests which found that my kidney function was low and my inflammation was high. I to went see a Rheumatologist who said I didn't have rheumatoid arthritis but that I had osteoarthritis.

Convinced I've got lupus

I also am dealing with a really bad chest infection which I've had for over 3 weeks now. I'm on antibiotics. My hands are still swelling, my chest pain is terrible. I've got a rash on my feet and ankles and a very large rash on my bottom, which the doctor gave me cream for, but it's done nothing. At the moment I'm off work with this terrible chest infection and bad headaches. Please can anyone help me understand how to get a diagnosis? I feel like I've just been off of all the time. I've convinced myself I've got lupus. Thanks for reading. Let me know any advice in the comments.
