Has Anyone Used Medical Marijuana?

I am just wondering if anyone has used medical marijuana and if so did it help with pain and symptoms? If was just recently diagnosed and I am a little scared and just trying to research Lupus. Thank you ☺️

Being newly diagnosed and researching treatment options can be, well, overwhelming. So, please, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about Lupus. Now, onto the question you *did* ask. When it comes to medical marijuana, it seems like it works well for some individuals and not as well for others. Still, it may definitely be worth a try. I know of one community member that has used medical marijuana to manage his Lupus symptoms (hint, you'll find him commenting in the conversation I am linking to) -- <a href='https://lupus.net/forums/has-anyone-tried-medical-marijuana' target='_blank'>https://lupus.net/forums/has-anyone-tried-medical-marijuana</a>. I bet we have other members that use or have used marijuana, but he's the only one I can think of at the moment. I hope this helps and again, please reach out if you have more questions. I use CBD tinctures and edibles, mostly for sleep and some for pain.

<inline-mention username="Erin Rush" user-id="8414420"/> Rush I have found them to be super helpful. I have not build a tolerance. I don't do them every night. I also change up. I only do it when I absolutely need it. If I haven't slept or can't stay sleep for a two or three days. When I'm going thru a more than usual insomnia spell I may use them a few times in a row. It just depends. Also helpful to take them about 1hr before you want to go to sleep so you drift off. It helps to male sure you have time to sleep 7 to 8 hrs. I adjust when need. Magnesium also helps at night. Make sure Vit D and other vitamins or at optimum levels.
