Lupus rash

Hi sorry to put this, but my feet around my ankle area drives me mad with this rash. It goes up the back of my ankle and on top of my foot... I also have it on my bottom, which is really bad and spreading ... The doctor gave me some cream but it hasn't done anything for it... It's really itchy and sore ... Does anyone have these rashes? <inline-mention username="Cazmarglom" user-id="6620835"/> im sorry you are dealing with this. I get something similar but I had shoes in this area and it flares up often on me. I use a healing ointment (CeraVe) and a CBD healing cream. The steroid creams and itch cream rary work for some reason for me. I also to cool rags to help with itching.  <inline-mention username="Cazmarglom" user-id="6620835"/> I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I myself have not experienced this. Did your rheumatologist or did your dermatologist prescribe the meds? Have they discussed treatment together? Maybe a stronger cream is needed? Thank you for your comments ..I've had these rashes for over 12 months .my GP has seen them..he gave me steroids cream .but it really stings especially on my bottom which has spread from a small mark .but now almost covers the whole cheek on <a href='http://my.left' target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer ugc'>my.left</a> buttock it's got a thick red line around the outside ..the inside looks almost like a purplish scar ..it's really so sore and itchy I've tried so much on it X ❤️

 <inline-mention username="Cazmarglom" user-id="6620835"/> I’m so sorry sometimes lupus lesions can last a long time. I use healing ointment (cerave and aquaphor) to calm those down. They are heavier that eye creams and seem to help with my lesions. I have what looks like the same rash as in your picture. I get it on my shins just above my ankles. Have you tried OTC cortisone cream? I apply it after showering and it does take the itch away. The cortisone also gets rid of those little lesions. I use it for 2-3 days and the flare subsides. It will come back after a period of days or weeks and I’ll need to reapply. I’ve noticed that the affected areas seem to be permanently discolored by this rash.
