"Good Evening Lupus.net And Lupus Warriors,I m experiencing congestion from Upper Respiratory for 2 weeks! And it s hectic n frustrating I have to spray solution in my nasal I m taking 600 mg ibuprofen,When will this pass? And acheness on Left side near rib cage.I went to Hospital a week ago nothing showed up in blood labs! Boy this congestion n slide ache is out of control.

, oh, goodness. I am so sorry you have been feeling ill and dealing with upper respiratory issues for two weeks now. I assume since nothing showed up in your bloodwork that your respiratory issues are not an infection?
I do hope you start feeling better very, very soon. But, if you don't start feeling better or start feeling worse, don't hesitate to let your doctor know asap. And, you know your body best; if you think something is wrong and not being addressed, you may very well be right!
As far as helping your body heal, well, getting plenty of rest and fluids and good, healthy food can help, but I bet you already know all that!
