    1. ,
I'm glad to hear the sinus infection is improving.
Although we are not medical professionals (as your doctor would be best to answer questions pertaining to your blood count), generally speaking a low blood count can increase the risk of developing infections.
Hopefully your upcoming hematologist appointment can address these concerns.
Many in this community find it helpful to jot down any and all questions/concerns or changes that come to mind prior to your appointment and bring this with you to discuss with your healthcare provider.
All my best, Doreen (Team Member)

    1. Hi, ! I hope you can get that prescription filled very soon and that the iron helps. My husband has to take supplemental iron and it has really helped him, overall. He experienced some digestive side effects, but those went away as his body adjusted to the supplement. You may already know about potential side effects of iron supplements, but I wanted to share this information, just in case -- https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/drugs/14568-iron-oral-supplements-for-anemia. Hang in there and keep us posted on how things are going, if you feel comfortable doing so!
