Ava Meena

After years of unexplained pain and illness, Ava Meena was diagnosed with systemic lupus in 2017. She is a passionate advocate, blogger, and freelance writer. Her goal is to create relatable and encouraging content for others living with lupus.

With a background in chemistry and toxicology, Ava follows scientific advancements in lupus medications and soaks up new insights on how the disease affects people. She loves to read, learn, and leverage information to help raise awareness about lupus. While lupus has limited her life in many ways, it’s also given her a huge community locally and throughout the world.
