Go to exercise

If you can exercise what is your go to exercise? What movement gives you endorphins big enough that you feel a little better?

  1. Walking outside when weather permits. No gym, no treadmill...just plain walking.

  3. Doreen, thanks fo the support and wishes! I used to walk at least an hour a day, usually more. Now if I do half and hour it's an accomplishment. I miss my old life but trying to accept the fact at least I can walk...when I was first hit with this I couldn't walk at all. Stupid lupus!!!
